The Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma was founded in 1976 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. AACO is a not-for-profit trade organization dedicated to unifying rental housing professionals through education, legislative reform and member services. The current membership of the association range from property owners, builders and developers, professional managment companies, on-site staffs (managers, leasing agents and maintenance technicians) and suppliers that provide a host of products and services within our industry. Working hand in hand, members of the AACO work together on a daily basis for the benefit of all members as well as the Oklahoma Multi-Housing Association and the National Apartment Association and gain access to their services and assistance.
